The placing of an order implies acceptance of our following terms of business.
We can only supply trees during the dormant season mid November to April
We will confirm availability and postage and packing charges prior to asking
payment to be forwarded.
We will deem an order to have been confirmed on receipt of payment.
We aim to despatch orders within 8 working days of receiving payment
subject to cheque clearance or the time given in our confirmation but ask
customers to note that we cannot lift and process trees in severe winter
conditions. In the event that weather will cause delay customers will be notified.
Orders will normally be despatched by Royal Mail Parcel Post. The customer
will ensure that we are provided with the full postal address and correct Post
Code. We reserve the right not to despatch until we have this information.
VAT is included in all shown prices. Postage charges are also liable to VAT

We will advise you by e mail when your order has been posted. In the unlikely
event that goods arrive damaged in transit we should be advised within
3 days of delivery.
In the event of late delivery or none delivery we should be notified seven working
days after despatch of a possible non delivery.
In the event of problems we will replace missing or damaged goods if we still
have stocks or offer a refund.
Our liability for losses does not extend beyond the delivery as the plants are
then subject to conditions beyond our control so it is important that plants are
checked on arrival and any problems notified promptly.
